and guess what?! GRIZZ JUST WON!!! Yepyep. Thanks to Zach Randolph @ the end and all the rest of the Grizzlies!!! Memphis loves you guys! You absolutely ROCK!...now, for those of you looking for something to do; well, I am only vaguely familiar with the big D. But wait until Wed: Grizzlies take on the Knicks. Ask me then. Betcha i can come up with a suggestion or two. :p

and guess who was @ the Grizz game, too,on Monday? SNOOP DOG. what. what? what??what?! yep, yep. He had a show at Minglewood Hall that same night, so I guess he decided to swing by and show some California love to his home team. ;)

He Did What?!

So, last night wasn't the best for our Grizz, but it was still a great game. they had it until the end. i don't know what happened BUT GUESS WHAT?! apparently the Lakers decided to bask in their glory at Sole after the game (which, btw, is FABULOUS!).good choice since it is right across from the FedEx Forum. So anyway, without mentioning any names, one of the players wasn't too thrilled with all the Memphis attention. his security guard snatched an iPhone from a fan trying to take a quick pick! wow. like he isn't used to it by now.

Go GRIZZ!!! that was tight! you make me proud once again to hail from the one and only M'town. Now, we can brag about rock and roll AND basketball. We could always kinda do both...WAIT! Rap 2. :) see, it's not so bad here on the river, huh?! and let's not forget STAX and all that good stuff. ummmhmmmm

Snow Daze

Finally! Sunshine again. Has this not been the most depressing week so far this winter? Well, the good news is there is a Grizz game tonight! They are great this season. I am a homie fan. Mtown is all bad, not when you have awesome basketball to help you make it thru the winter. whew! being a southern girl, this is cold....brrrrrr.

This really is an Oasis...

Sitting @Oasis on Highland. Nice spot to just chill & use the wifi, since Sprint let me down YET again. When I got here, I was super stressed out over my sad excuse for a data card. But after about an hour of being here, I suddenly feel cool and relaxed-even after a double expresso! Oh, and there are all sorts of flavored tobacco things (hookahs, i think) here, if you're into that sorta thing.

Back Again

i am back, Memphis... BLUGRITZ IS BACK IN BIZNESS...we got a lot to talk about. Of course, I am usually the one doing most of the talking, much to the dismay of my bff's, etc...lol. No worries, tho, i do actually listen from time to time. So, with that being said, talk to me.
